How does the 14-day trial work?
You get full access to all features of your chosen plan for 14 days. We'll ask for payment details upfront, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before that.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.
What counts as a response?
A response is counted each time a user submits answers to a survey. Viewing a survey without submitting doesn't count.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our payment provider Paddle. They handle all taxes automatically based on your location.
Is there a free plan?
We don't offer a permanent free plan, but you get a full 14-day trial to test everything. This ensures you have enough time to properly integrate and evaluate the product.
What happens if I reach my response limit?
Your surveys will pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so you have time to upgrade if needed.
